Spend the last day and night of the year 2020 at Skovshoved Hotel, with a stay in one of our lovely Superior Rooms – featuring a balcony overlooking the ocean.

In the evening , the in-house restaurant, A Hereford Beefstouw, will open their doors to an eventful New Year Dinner, starting out with the Queen´s speech, in our cozy lounge accompanied by a glass of champagne and snacks, followed by a lavish 4-course dinner.

A fterwards, you can enjoy champagne and tradition almond kage “Kransekage” in the lounge or bring it to your room.

Scallop Soufflé with lobster-pieces. Long-roasted tomatoes and lobstersauce topped with parsley-oil

SECOND COURSE
Crab salad with cucumber and dill. Quail eggs and crispy coral.

MAIN COURSE
Beef tenderloin with purée of Jerusalem artichokes, baked carrots and crispy Jerusalem artichokes, port-glace and Pommes Anna.

DESSERT
Thin crispy biscuit with dulce de leche, chocolate ganache, sweet buckthorn cream and lemon verbena

Kransekage and Danish cream puffs in a Goodiebag to enjoy in the lounge or in the room
