Skovshoved Hotel has both a unique location and the perfect environment for a successful meeting or conference. Our charming and cosy meeting rooms are more than just a room, stylish decorated with a Nordic touch and atmosphere, and come with modern AV equipment.

We offer meeting packages adjusted to your agenda and needs. All snack breaks are served in the meeting room on the time fitted to your agenda. The lunch is served in the beautiful restaurant. Our focus is to treat our meeting guests with healthy and delicious food and homemade refreshments during the day.

Full-day meeting

From 09:00 – 17:00

A meeting package with two breaks with delicious treats and a lovely 2 course lunch, as well as coffee / tea, ice water and fruit ad libitum in the room during the day.

And why not start the meeting with our breakfast buffet – or end the day with a refreshing mocktail.

A half day meeting at Skovshoved Hotel can start from early morning or afternoon from kl. 13.00. Lunch is included in the meeting package, so your meeting will either end or start with a lovely 2-course lunch in the beautiful restaurant.

Accommodation

If your meeting or conference extends over several days, accommodation will of course be offered at our special conference rates.

Our single and double rooms with or without sea view are all equipped with space for work, television and WiFI as well as bathroom and toilet.
