We accept payment with credit cards and banking transfers 

We accept the following credit cards: Dankort, Visa/Dankort, Visa and MasterCard

All prices are included VAT

Cancellation and pre-payment

Accommodation

We do not take any pre-payment or deposit, however a reservation must alway be guaranteed with a valid credit card (number and exoiry date). In the case, that this is not received by 11.00 am the day prior to arrival, the reservation can be cancelled. A credit card will only be charged in case of ‘no-show’. In that case, we advise about the withdrawal.

Cancellation of 1-3 rooms, can be cancelled free of charge until  2.00 pm on the day prior to arrival  Cancellation after 2.00 pm on the day prior to arrival will be charged 100%.  For cancellations, please send an e-mail to  reception@skovshovedhotel.com or call reception on + 45 39 64 00 28

Cancellation terms and conditions

Meeting and events

Cancellations or changes in relation to confirmed bookings must be submitted in writing.

– Until 45 days before the first event date: no cancellation charge.
– From 45 to 30 days before the first event date: 50% of the confirmed booking is charged.
– Less than 30 days before the first event date: 75% of the confirmed booking is charged.
– Less than 2 business days before the event date: 100% of the confirmed booking is charged.
– 10% of the confirmed participants may be cancelled up to 2 days before event date.

In the event of no-show, late arrival and early departure, the full price for the booked event will be charged.

Force majeure

Strike, lockouts, fire, war, delivery failures and / or other extraordinary events (e.g. natural disasters), conditions and measures beyond the control of both the customer and / or the hotel qualify for full cancellation or cancellation without charge.
