Our head chef, Rune Larsen, is a gastronome with a flair for fine French and Danish cuisine – and a champion of combining the two traditions. His philosophy favours culinary flavour rather than elaborate presentation. Naturally, the dishes are prepared with the season’s best Danish produce.
We take great pleasure in bringing culinary enjoyment to our guests and are immensely proud of having been awarded a Bib Gourmand in the Guide Michelin – a recommendation that signifies the serving of good food at reasonable prices.
Our restaurant is located on Copenhagen’s coastal road, Strandvejen, within walking distance of the UNESCO World Heritage listed deer park, Jægersborg Dyrehave, and with good connections to downtown Copenhagen.
