Starter:
Hand peeled fiord shrimps, variation of tomatoes, tarragon crème & anise herbs

Main course:
Grilled calf fillet, sauté of autumn mushrooms & corn, veal sauce, herbs

Dessert:
Strawberry parfait,  selection of summer berries, light cookie crumble & butterscotch

October 1st – December 31rd 2018

Starter:

Fried scallop with parma ham, cucumber, dill & cauliflower cream
Horgelus Côtes De Gascogne, Colombard-Sauvignon

Main course:
Fillet of beef on roasted mushrooms, celery purée & thyme sauce
Seven falls Cellars, Cabernet Sauvignon

Dessert:
Nougat mousse coated in dark chocolate and served with citrus relish & sorbet
