Cancellation agreements, Restaurant Skovshoved Hotel

Written confirmation

The written confirmation must contain accurate information about the contracted services and the date. Also the time frame for the event and the size of any booking fee or deposit must be shown.

Cancellations

Cancellations of events of more than 20 people must be timely made in writing no later than three weeks before the date of the settlement of the ordered arrangement. Groups with fewer than 20 people, cancellations need to be made in writing no later than two weeks before the date of the ordered arrangement.

Claims for compensation

Upon cancellation of the entire event or a reduction of more than 10%, 6 days before the settlement of the ordered arrangement, Restaurant Skovshoved Hotel requires a payment equal to 50% of the price of the ordered services. If cancelled later than 6 days before the settlement of the ordered arrangement, the Restaurant Skovshoved hotel requires payment equal to 75% of the price of the cancelled services.

Restaurant Skovshoved Hotel can produce a bill for the guests, when certain services cannot be cancelled (such as music, office supplies, equipment ect.).

For non-attendance (no show), Restaurant Skovshoved Hotel is entitled to bill the guest full price for the whole event. If the event extends beyond the agreed time, Restaurant Skovshoved Hotel may charge extra for the extra time.

Booking fee and deposit

For reservations at Restaurant Skovshoved Hotel, there will be charged a booking fee or a deposit after agreement. The fill be deducted fromt the final settlement, but will not be refunded at any cancellation. The deposit is deducted from the final bill and be reimbursed by agreed cancellation.
